CONDITIONS BOOKING AND CANCELATION(*)
BOOKING – Arrival over more than 7 days.

- You will receive a response within 4 hours, or 24 hours at the latest.
If rooms are available, you will receive a quote.If not, you will receive a list of B&Bs in the area.
- Please check the quote carefully and confirm its correctness within 48 hours.
- To register the booking, we require a deposit of 25€ per room per night.
- You can pay the deposit using the link provided by SumUp or by bank transfer.
- Your booking is final after receipt of the deposit.
Attention !!! If the deposit is not received within 3 business days, your reservation will be canceled.
- The day before your arrival you will receive arrival information and a route discription.
- Upon arrival, you pay the remaining costs in cash or by credit card.

TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE BOOKING - Cancellation conditions ⁽*⁾
You can cancel your booking up to 1 month before the arrival date.

The full deposit will be refunded to you within 2 working days.
If you have booked through a third party, you can cancel/change your booking there, provided that it complies with the conditions set out through the third party.
Cancellation⁽*⁾ by BonAbri Vacances.
BonAbri Vacances may cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances. BonAbri Vacances will then refund you twice the amount of your deposit.
No-show - Arrival after the deadline⁽*⁾
A no-show is when a customer does not come or check in before 9:30 p.m. In the event of a no-show, the entire booking will be considered canceled (no refund possible).
Modifications during your stay ⁽*⁾
- No refunds will be made for unused services and/or nights not spent.
- You can extend your stay on site and benefit from any already accumulated reductions, provided before or after the existing reservation for the same rooms.

HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL:
Check-in usually takes place between 6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Send a short message before 11:00 a.m. to arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
In high season – June 1 to September 30 – no arrival on Thursday evening.
Only for participants in parties, weddings, funerals etc it is possible to collect keys / drop off luggage early. You must contact us in advance for this service.
CHECK-OUT / DEPARTURE
Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
ROUTE - PARKING
The day before your arrival, you will receive an itinerary with the option to change your expected arrival time.
Ample parking is available on site. With a security camera.
Bikes can stay overnight in the garage (free). Reservations are not necessary.
PAYMENT - KEY MANAGMENT
Upon arrival, you pay the remaining accommodation costs in cash or by credit card. We do not accept checks. The room key is a standard key that the client can keep with him but cannot entrust to a third person. These keys must be returned on the day of departure. In the event of non-return, BonAbri will charge you €60.
MEALS - DRINKS
The breakfast
The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Dining
2-course menu - €19 => main course + cheese platePlease reserve before 6 p.m. Dinner starts between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.In high season – June 1 to September 30 – no dinner on Thursday evening.
Drinks
Unlimited coffee and tea (free).The self-service bar / honesty bar (not free).
ROOM OCCUPANCY
The customer cannot bring third parties into the room who are not known to the bed and breakfast owner. Likewise, the customer cannot rent a room for a number of people greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.
Nuisance and respect for other customers
A bed and breakfast is a place of rest. For the respect and rest of other customers, take care not to slam doors or make too much noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Other animals than registered guide animals are not allowed in the bed and breakfast.
Guide animals (exp. for the blind) are admitted free of charge with prior approval from the hotelier. It is forbidden to leave it unattended in the room. Any damage, caused voluntarily or involuntarily, must be paid by the tenant of the room.
SMOKING AND E-SIGARETTES
For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire bed and breakfast. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006.
THE HOUSE RULES - BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The house rules and the booking and cancellation conditions apply to all bookings. Any stay entails acceptance of these rules and conditions.
